Widely known as the man who conceived and started T.R.A.F.F.I.C., with co-founder Howard Neu, Rick Schwartz was among the first domain pioneers to believe an industry had grown up around the world of domain investing.
Putting his belief to action, Rick formed the first domain investor meet-up in 2002, when he and a group of about 40 investors convened in Beverly Hills to discuss the future of a new industry. Only two years later, the first-ever T.R.A.F.F.I.C. show was held at Delray Beach, Florida, featuring noted economist and actor, Ben Stein, as the keynote speaker.
Rick's belief in the power of domain investing is now recognized as a mainstream idea, and the domain industry, itself, is maturing into a new decade of opportunity! Rick's insights about the domain industry may be read every day, on his blog, at RicksBlog.com.
In Septebmer 2010, Rick Schwartz won the First Epik.com Domain Pioneer Award, in Seattle, Washington. Watch the award video and Rick's response here!
There is no other way to say it, because the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. Show is the preeminent venue for serious domain investors. Widely respected and trusted by the biggest and best names and companies in the industry, T.R.A.F.F.I.C. is the show you must attend if you are serious about making your domains as profitable as they can be!
From the first show in 2004 and to cities around the world, only T.R.A.F.F.I.C. has been able to deliver a consistent and visionary message about the opportunities available to people and to the domain industry. It was T.R.A.F.F.I.C. that pioneered the first-ever live domain auctions, and it was T.R.A.F.F.I.C. that introduced our legendary keynote speakers, including Steve Forbes, Barbara Corcoran and 2010's keynote, Simon Bailey, who was so impressed by the show and its powerhouse guests he became a conference attendee!
