Orlando 2008 Schedule

May 20 - 24, 2008
Orlando, Florida

Future of Parking and PPC
Declining payouts for domainers, rising margins for others
Developing mini-sites
How to develop a domain without creating a JOB
Does developing a business around a domain require time?
How much time? All your time? 2 hours a day. 18 hours?
Why Parking integrated into a mini-site could save the day
Will consolidation and failure hit the domain channel?

What will 2009 look like?

Predators everywhere, will the domain industry fight the Snowe Bill? Fight CADNA? Fight those that are jealous of our success and want it for their own?? Or lay down like a can of sardines?

Are domainers willing to realize that the current new breed of "Domainer" is a threat as they focus on trademarked domain names that we should all be against?

Is it ok for those abusing the domain industry to continue unchallenged?

Domaining and cybersquatting are now being mentioned in the same sentence. How does an emerging industry turn that around? If there are 100,000 "Domainers" and 98,000 are cybersquatters, can you blame folks for counting the 98% and coming to a conclusion?

If the abuses can't be controlled how do professional domain investors separate themselves from those that put us all in jeopardy?

The #1 reason to come to TRAFFIC comes down to a simple thought: "If you are not one step ahead, you are one step behind"

It's about turning FEAR into opportunity. Challenging times present great opportunity. The key is how to tap into that opportunity. TRAFFIC will focus on new opportunities while exposing some possible pitfalls that will face all of us..

We are in a fast moving business. What is important now may not be important next week. Having the ability to keep up with changes in business is perhaps our single biggest strength. What we do know is we will bring the biggest and the best together once again and the show is sponsored by the top businesses on the net. Together with our partners, we promise a show that continues to be bigger, better and more important than the last. Built around networking with the key people that can affect our futures in a very positive way.

We thank you for your past attendance and are anxious to see our friends in Orlando for another great event. Plus don't forget about our live domain auction. The world's largest live domain auction back again for a 7th time. Don't let a premier domain get away. At TRAFFIC EAST in October 2006 $5.3 million in domain names changed hands in just 4 hours. Then just a few months later nearly $15 million in domains sold at our New York City show.

The schedule will be updated once or more weekly until the show: All times and seminars are tentative. Final schedule to be posted on May 9th Register early as there is NO onsite registration and seating is limited. We feed you breakfast, lunch and dinner each full day and have it framed with several cocktail parties. All first class food and drink so come hungry. Break bread with folks you can do business with.

The key to the success of TRAFFIC is bringing the biggest and the best together. The quality of the folks that attend are beyond question. That puts the decision maker right there in the middle of a place where his/her decision making abilities get to be recognized and engaged over and over again. The ability to do years worth of business in just a few days. TRAFFIC has created an atmosphere of growth and terrific deal making potential. TRAFFIC is clearly more than a tradeshow or conference. As an event that is by invitation only, TRAFFIC sets a standard that cannot be matched. We know when we ask you to leave the comfort of your homes and your family it better be worth your time and money. That is why TRAFFIC has become such an important part of doing business for those that own domains, buy and sell traffic, have parking and PPC companies, search related companies investors and all the way down to the store on Main Street. TRAFFIC brings the biggest and the best together. It's just that simple. We keep the noise out and the business in.

To sum it all up......TRAFFIC's greatness is in bringing key people together. It is exclusive no doubt. It isn't open to everyone, nor cheap, as in order to create the level of attendees we have created we must decline some "noise" and we must charge more then what a casual attendee would feel comfortable paying. TRAFFIC isn't for the average domain owner, it's for real professionals, highest integrity and business ethics - the best of the best,. It's a total TREAT for those serious about domain development, traffic and bringing us all to the next level.

How to make millions while others are losing millions. How to be one step ahead. How to view where we are at. Where we are going. The mile markers that must appear. Some pull back on the throttle, some give it all they have, some read the conditions and adjust as needed. How to survive and thrive in challenging times. What to look for. What to expect. What to watch out for so you won't be surprised. Then Rick will unveil something that will absolutely rock you.

2:30PM Industry Debate. A frank debate in which the domainers can ask questions and a discussion can take place about the state of monetizing our traffic. How will the Parking companies react to current challenges? Will they survive in the long term or are their days numbered? What are they doing to protect themselves and us from these outside forces? Will parking be a viable option after 2008? As seen thru the eyes of the top Parking companies. Can they assure their partners that these forces will not succeed? Hear what they believe direct from the parking companies themselves. Will payouts stabalize and rise? Are we looking at an emerging monopoly?
